How does Fixsellr work?

You send us your old phone using our free prepaid shipping label. We repair it, sell it on platforms like eBay, and split the profit after repair costs: 85% to you, 15% to us. You’ll get paid via bank transfer within 7 days of sale.

How much will I get paid?

Your payout depends on the sale price minus repair costs, with you keeping 85% of the profit. For example, if your phone sells for $500 and repairs cost $100, the profit is $400—you’d get $340. Payouts vary based on market value and condition. See our Payout Details for a full example.

What if I’m not happy with my payout?

Payouts are final once your phone is sold, as they reflect market value and condition post-repair. By consigning, you agree to this (see Terms of Consignment). If you’re dissatisfied, email support@fixsellr.com.au within 7 days—we may offer a $10 credit for your next consignment as a goodwill gesture.

How do I send my phone?

After submitting your details via our consignment form, we’ll email you a free Australia Post prepaid label within 24 hours. Package your phone securely in a sturdy box or padded envelope and drop it off at a post office or schedule a pickup. Tracking is included!

What if my phone can’t be repaired?

If your phone is unrepairable (e.g., severe water damage), we’ll either return it to you free of charge or recycle it responsibly under Australian e-waste laws, at our discretion. You’ll be notified if this happens.

Who pays for repairs?

We cover repair costs upfront, then deduct them from the sale price before splitting the profit. There’s no out-of-pocket cost to you—everything’s handled by Fixsellr.

How long does it take to get paid?

Once your phone sells, payment is sent within 7 days via bank transfer or PayPal. The repair and sale process typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on market demand and repair time.

Is shipping really free?

Yes! We provide a prepaid Australia Post label at no cost to you. Just package your phone securely—insurance is optional at your expense if you want extra protection.

What phones do you accept?

We accept most recent iPhone models in any condition (working, cracked, or broken). Check our form for the full list. Unsure? Email support@fixsellr.com.au.

Can I cancel my consignment?

Yes, before repairs or sale begin, email support@fixsellr.com.au. If your phone’s already shipped, return shipping is at your cost. Once repairs start, cancellation isn’t possible.
